Pumpkins, Ponies, and the Fair!

This weekend was SUPER busy! Saturday, we started off the day with a big breakfast! I even cooked eggs and pancakes!! D made some bacon! That afternoon, we headed to the pumpkin patch to get a haybell and some pumpkins. We had the girls take some pics and they even got their faces painted. I plan on going back to take some more pics of Macey in her halloween outfit.
After that, we had a b-day party to attend. The girls rode pony's and of course, they had to put on their pink boots! They had a blast!

Sunday, we headed to the fair. Before we left, Macey had to wear her little halloween onesie that Derrick's Aunt made for her! She was a scary little pumpkin :)
She ended up staying with her NaNa while we were gone.

At the fair, we didn't eat much so we could ride a couple of rides! For the four of us, that totalled up like 8,000 tickets :) We rode the Crazy Mouse, and the Sky Way. The girls rode 2 other little rides. We stopped to look in at the new cars as well. I was dreaming most of the time. I sat in the Ford Flex, (oh I wish,)peaked in at the Jeep (yea right,) and my ultimate dream, the Chev. Tahoe (yea, whatever.) I did manage to get a pic of D in a red Ford; He's wishin' as well!!
I almost forgot to mention that Kendall participated in the, "Pee Wee Rodeo." She got second place in the barrel racing contest! She's so not a cowgirl, but she sure is purty!

Last but not least, I guess we're voting with the minority. Go McCain!

New outfits!

I'm so excited! 2 outfits I purchased online finally came in today! I paired each outfit with some leggings I already have. I can't wait to take pics of Macey in the onesie for Halloween/Thanksgiving! I LOVE the hot pink and brown dress too!!!

Tonight, we had a Mommy/Daughter night since Da-Da is at the fire station. We ran some errands and I made a poor attempt to create a onesie after I put Macey to sleep. I think it turned out o.k., but I'd much rather let someone else make me a cute onesie! (Hint Hint, Taren and Ashley!)

I took some pics of my piggy hanging out on our clean laundry, (that I needed to put away of course,) and I caught her pulling at her feet. The other pics are the outfits I bought and the last is the onesie I made.

Saturday!

On Saturday, we took a trip down to Canton for First Monday. Needless to say, it was hot, super crowded, and very HARD to push a stroller in between thousands of people! I got Macey a pillow case Christmas dress, hair bows, and pumpkins for the front yard, (pics coming soon.) During our shopping, Miss Macey did great! I took some pics of her w/ her sunhat and her PapPoo carrying her, BUT they're on my phone:( I have no idea how to load them to my computer or post my videos!

I did take some pics of her at my mom's house, with me, and with her Aunt Taylor after we got back!!! Tay was down from Tech and we were excited to get to spend the night with her and dinner at a little Italian restaurant.**Notice the tongue in every pic; she's still chewing on it!

The last pic is Macey waking up from her nap. I've taken advantage of her naps and I've come to appreciate them very much. She's a little more fussy now, wants to be held at all hours, and naps much less. I think her gums are bothering her :(
I'm able to finish this post with her in my lap!!

Looking at the week, I'm already ready for the weekend! On Saturday, I'm hoping to go to the pumpkin patch and take pics. We also have a b-day party to go to, including Pony rides!! Woo hoo! :) On Sunday, I'm hoping for cooler weather so we can all go pig out at the Fair. I'm hoping to get fried cheesecake, fried guacamole, etc. HAVE A GREAT WEEK!

4 months!

Today is Fair Day, so NO school for Mommy! Me and baby are going to stay home ALL day and enjoy the cooler weather! Not to mention, I've spent too much money on etsy.com and need to save a penny here and there :) I'm excited to post about our daughter though. Sorry for so many pics and rambling!

Miss Macey was 4 months yesterday. Of course, we had our dreaded doc. visit (shots.) Our wonderful pediatrician was so excited to see how much she's grown. She's still petite for her size; NOTE: clothes don't fit her very well still :( Homegirl is up to 13 lbs. though!!
She's rolling from her tummy to her back, talking, laughing, squealing, and now beginning to drool and teethe (spelling?)

I took some pics of her. As you'll see, she's all about her mouth! Her tongue is her new exploration. The girl chews on it like it's a piece of gum. EVERYTHING goes in her mouth, including her clothes, mommy's arm, etc.

I included a pic of her "bun bun," as well. She just got this since we had such a hard day with shots, bless her heart.... One "bun bun" stays at her sitters, and one stays here. She nuzzled up to it while in her swing napping and I was able to snap a pic.

Finally, I added some pics over the last 4 months of her life. She was so tiny in the hospital and I love to see how much she's grown. **The last pic posted is when she was 1 month old. We went through a tough month and then we found out she had a milk allergy. Bless her heart, her little body was a mess during that time.

I can't wait to spend the next couple of months in the cold weather, halloween dress up, Thanksgiving, and CHRISTMAS! I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful daughter and close friends and family to share my life with! God bless!!

The Weekend!

During the day on Friday, Derrick and Macey came and visited me at the school for our homecoming peprally! She's so going to be a cheerleader one day. She took a pic with one of my previous cheerleaders too. She wanted to eat the bear on her mum!

Friday night, we all went to the RHS Homecoming Football Game. We only stayed until halftime because Macey started to get fussy. I could kick myself because I didn't take pics, but I did make the girls some mums! I thought they turned out pretty cute! I can't believe I didn't take any pics though. Macey had a cute little zebra and sequined dress on :( Maybe I'll put her in it again and we'll just have to post some pics!

Today, (Saturday,) we've done absolutely nothing! Daddy made us a big breakfast and he cooked chicken on the grill for a late lunch. Baby girl tried out her "Jump&Go," for the first time, and she seems to really love it! She pushes the buttons and swings around a little bit.

The last pics posted are of Macey when she woke up from her nap. She's holding that head up sooo good! I just love those sweet cheeks!
We also took a walk last week, so I took some of her while she was in her stroller and then some of me and her.

For our first halloween, Miss Macey is going to be a scary, terror seeking....... MAGICAL PONY!!!
That's right! I thought this pink little furry animal was precious and we just received it in the mail! I can't wait for our,"Magical Pony," to take pics with all of her little gremlin friends! Happy Halloween!
