It's been way too long since my last blog entry! We've been sick lately, but now things are looking up since school is almost over! :) I'm now 6 months pregnant and starting to feel little man kick quite a bit. Macey sometimes calls him "Bubby, baby, Tanner, or etc." When I ask who's in there, she'll say Baby, but usually gets his name wrong. She'll say Colty's last name :) No, Macey, Tanner! We found an armoire for his room, got him a couple of new outfits, and I ordered his bedding. NESTING! HELLO!
Tanner is due in September, so with prayer and many budget revisions, I've decided to work part-time next year. I will be able to spend most of my days with my children (plural!! crazy!)and make doctor's appointments, etc. in the afternoons and not get docked each time or feel guilty about leaving for my own children. I plan on taking 6 weeks off, instead of 8 for maternity leave. Next Fall brings many new and exciting changes.
Now, I'm busy getting Macey's party stuff in order before Saturday. Sweet girl says, "Birthday Party?" and I call out the roster of friends who were invited! I can't wait! It's going to be so much fun! We got a bounce house and snow cone machine (it's going to be in the 90's on Saturday!) We're having a "sweet shoppe" with some assortment of candies for the kids to take home. Pics coming soon :)

i can't wait to see what you have designed for tanner's room. macey is too cute & i love her new photos!!! i'm glad to hear you are all doing well - AND part-time, yeah baby! congrats!!!!

Have I mentioned how excited I am about you having "children", lately?!?! It is by far the best decision we have made having them close, and you will love it! Macey will be wonderful with Tanner, and will seem so much older after he arrives. Can't wait to meet him!!!
I couldn't agree more with Amanda! You will LOVE having them so close!!! I wouldn't have it any other way :)
