Catching Up!

It's been awhile! My computer is super old and SUPER slow, so I'm now uploading all my pics and trying to remember what we've done the past couple of weeks!

During Spring Break, we had a blast! Tuesday, we headed to Austin, but stopped at the Doves Nest in Waxahachie. I love that tea room and gift shop! I picked Camdyn something up for her b-day there too! Once we got in Austin, we stayed at the Radisson. That night, we went to The Oasis on Lake Travis and it was AMAZING! The view and scenery was beautiful!
On Wednesday, we headed to San Antonio, where we stayed on the River Walk at the Drury Inn and Suites. It was such a nice hotel with lots of perks! Open bar from 5-7, pop corn in the afternoons, and coupons to local restaurants on the River. We ate out and visited The Alamo. On Thursday, we shopped around and got Macey a onesie that says, "Spring Break 2009." Pics coming soon! On Friday, we headed home. A 6 hour drive home! :(
We stopped in San Marcos and got Macey a polo swimsuit, got the girls some Easter Dresses at Carters, and I got some sunglasses at Fossil. FUN STUFF! Closer to Rockwall, we stopped at The Czech Bakery in West. Because I'm partially Czech, I had to get Cream Cheese, and Apricot Kolaches. YUMMM!

Miss Ella's b-day party was fun! I brought a blanket and the girls walked/played around. It was a good time to spend with our buddies!

After the party, I got some pics of Camdyn and Macey. Mom wants some pics of them together so she can blow them up and frame them. I think they turned out so cute! They even held hands!!!!!I love that little love bug. She's such a gentle little soul.

Yesterday, we had the girls and some how, they found an airbrush Hanna Montana tattoo kit. Kendall got a guitar, I got a swirl. :) We also went to Posados with Aunt Jan, Nana, and Grandma. Macey wore her "Birdie" shirt from Aunt Tay. I've always called Macey "Birdie" so it was very fitting! For her b-day, I'm doing a Birdie theme as well! I can't wait.

Today, we went to Church, and I got some pics of the girls together. Kendall's outfit was to die for! Those sisters have become so close. I can't wait to share all of these memories together. While Macey napped today, I taught Kendall how to do a herkey and toe touch. She's going to do Pee Wee Cheerleading this fall. Derrick worked with Haley on her softball hitting and throwing skills. I tried to hit the ball a few times myself! :) Haley will be #7, so I'm going to have to get Macey a onesie made with her number on the back!

Finally, I'm looking forward to the week! School has been fun. I've got my Speech kids working on interviews and English is reading Fahrenheit 451. Kind of fun I must say! Macey gets to hang out with Emma and we get to hang out with daddy this weekend. On Sunday, the actor from, Passion of the Christ, will be at our church. I'm looking forward to that interview.

Last night, I was looking at Kelly's Korner and the link to the 8 month old boy who died in his sleep. I worship the ground my little girl "crawls" on and I can't imagine. Hug your babies tight and pray that our loved ones stay healthy and safe.

God bless and have a safe week!

I cannot believe Derrick is that brave to jump off of a building...his form is perfect too! he he! Doves nest brings back some Ennis memories...Love the time we were both pregnant and took the day off to go shopping and spend some time together. Maybe we can do that in the Summer but this time with our 2 baby girls! That would be so much fun.

I love the little outfit Macie wore to Ella's party and her little baby legs. The picture of all the girls together is so cute! Sounds like ya'll had a great spring break! On a side note, Fahrenheit 451 is my favorite book I read in high school. :)
